About this session
The Wallace Collection has one of the most important and famous collections of armour in the world. In this fun and interactive session, students will investigate the purpose and styles of armour in the 15th and 16th centuries, and the materials used to make it. Through discussion and observation, they will learn how armour developed through time and explore how different ranks, from knights to foot soldiers, protected themselves in battle.
